上海聯合產權交易所是經上海市人民政府批準設立的綜合性產權交易服務機構；是國務院國有資產監督管理委員會選定的從事中央企業國有產權轉讓以及上海國有企業產權轉讓指定的掛牌交易機構；是集物權、債權、股權、知識產權等交易服務為一體的專業化市場平臺；是實現資源市場化高效配置，連接各類資本進退的專業化、綜合性要素流通平臺和重要的資本市場平臺。

Shanghai United Assets and Equity Exchange,approved by Shanghai Municipal Government,is acomprehensive service organization for assets and equity transaction with public institution qualification.It’s an institution selected by State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council to engage in the transfer of state-owned property right in central enterprises and Shanghai state-owned enterprises. It’s a specialized market platform for trading services of real right, creditor’s right, equity and intellectual property.It’s a market platform of specialized and comprehensive factor and a critical capital market platform for realizing market-oriented efficient configuration of resources .

A SASAC designated trading organization for Central State-Owned Enterprises’ assets and equity transactions.    

2.財政部指定的中央金融企業產權交易中心平臺；

5.國家發改委指定的環境能源交易平臺,并成為財政部CDM基金唯一入股的環境能源交易所；

A National Development and Reform Commission designated climate exchange platform. It is also the only climate exchange that Ministry of Finance’s CDM fund holds shares.

We are working with the Ministry of Commerce to build an international investment promotion and property rights trading platform.
